I discovered this framer from a very good friend of ours! I had some simple frames done and it costs 1/4 the price of all the other framers I have used. There was construction going on when I went about a month ago
Here is the owner, Myrna Ramos. She is so nice. Give her a call at tel # 844-4209
She showed me a painting of her old store which was in Pio del Pilar 🙂
She does for hotels! They send her 250 prints of the same design and they have it framed to put around the hotel 🙂

Congratulations again the Art in the Park!!! It’s amazing how people are buying art as if they were in the grocery buying staples for their home. Art is now a must in every Filipino home. I was there at around 915am and people were scrambling before 10am to get first pick! Philippine art is booming! 🙂 I could not stay long so these are the early morning shots
There were two booths with many cashiers and they were all busy! This was before it opened so they were just getting ready

For dinner, Carmina brought this very unique tasting cake! Chocolate Chili pie! Chocolate pie with a spicy taste! Some may like it some may not, but it’s a very interesting chocolate cake!
It’s made by her partner baker, Jose Osvaldo all the way in Davao! And according to Carmina he makes many other beautiful cakes and so I grabbed some photos from instagram 🙂

We were so happy when we found out Chef Alec was in town and that he was going to cook for us!!!!! He used to work in the Lincoln and then in Carbone which was his latest stint. We dined in Carbone last August and that was where we met Alec and we had a most memorable meal ever!! And imagine Carbone came to us this time! 🙂
