Then we went to Panzer’s their neighbourhood gourmet supermarket!  It reminds me so much of a New York grocery.  Paul Mc Cartney lives in the area and Ria told me that she bumped into him here!!!

A Victorian Home By Rocco and Ria

By | Hearty Deals, Toys for the Big Boys | No Comments

Of course, I invited myself over to Ria’s home 🙂  I am glad she said yes!

img_0865.JPG

She has a saying ” No more arte arte”  Which is also applicable to me too which I will adapt 🙂  Hope others will do too.

I love the location of her house because it’s isolated and you will only pass here if you live in this street

by-rocco-and-ria1.JPG

And my dream is to live in a Victorian home!!  She is living my dream!!! 🙂  She is so lucky!  She is renting this home and she is also very lucky her landlord renovated the house before they moved in!!  It’s beautiful!! It’s a 144 year old house!

by-rocco-and-ria2.jpg

As you enter 🙂  Someone loves to bike 🙂  Victorian homes are very narrow and they go up several floors – so it is a vertical home 🙂

by-rocco-and-ria3.jpg

WOW!! The living room!  Ria told me that she moved all her furniture and things from Singapore where she lived for 13 years!  Jonathan Matti was her Interior designer in Singapore.  This time, she just fixed this herself!

The living room is connected to the dining room which is nice because it becomes more spacious and not too enclosed compared to the other Victorian homes I have seen

Love the dining room!!!!  Table by Kenneth Cobonpue and dining chairs by Roland Laurena

Ria has been living in London for a year already and she told me that ever since she moved from Singapore, she had to learn how to cook! And I heard she cooks very well!

It’s really hard to find renovated Victorian homes.  So having a bathroom like this is precious 🙂

Second Floor – Kids room 🙂

Savile Row

By | Fashion, Travel | No Comments

There’s a street in London just for Men!  For Tailored clothing.  The “in” thing now – personalise, tailored, bespoke.  These all existed long ago but people now are appreciating more the value of Made to Measure or Haute Couture over Pret a porter or ready to wear 🙂

On the basement of the store is where the tailor shop is!

We went into Ozwald Boateng – designer for Givenchy

Katy Perry Prismatic Tour 2014

By | Entertainment, Travel | One Comment

We were able to get tickets to Katy Perry to get VIP tickets at very reasonable prices just call Daniel at +447958681415

We picked up our tickets from the booth in Covent Garden

vip-concert-tickets-covent-garden.JPG

02 Arena

We had a VIP box

img_6182.JPGimg_6183.JPG

Our seats were VIP seats  but they were on the side near the screen so we did not watch the concert facing the main stage! haha!! 35 pounds 🙂   We were near but we did not see the show in its full view

katy-perry-prismatic-tour16.JPG

Similar to the ones in SM Arena I would think

You have your own butler and you can order food and drinks.  But maybe better if you just eat in the restaurants outside the arena 🙂

Some Katy Perry look alikes in the crowd 🙂
