Pinoy Style Cheese Pimento by Nicole Ortega

A few weeks ago, I met a young, pretty and nice person, Nicole Ortega.  She was with her kids, Natalia and Julio,  who look just like her siblings.  Watch out for her as she will be starting her blog sometime in October with plenty tips and inspirations for women 

She told me she would be also sharing some recipes in her new blog and mentioned to me that she also makes cheese pimento that is a favourite of her friends and family.  She sent me one and wow!
