 We finally got to try Allium 🙂  Nowadays when a new restaurant opens, it is hard to get a reservation.  One saturday evening, we made it 🙂  We enjoyed our dinner

After dinner, we went up to the kitchen and met the Chef – Chef Mark Tan and his father Eddie Tan

They have CCTV cameras so they can see what’s going on in the dining room even if they are upstairs
