A special menu prepared by Linguini Fini Executive Chef Vinny Lauria, who ran Mario Batali’s famed Babbo in NYC before moving to Hong Kong and bringing his nose-to-tail philosophy to the local culinary scene. Chef Vinny’s special menu for this night will combine classic Italian fare done in the Linguini Fini way including succulent porchetta and marvelously homemade pasta in all forms and shapes!
