Lunch by Julie

A few Sundays ago, the cook of my Lola Charing, Julie, cooked for us Fried Chicken Each house has a certain kind of fried chicken even though it is just fried chicken We know when it is from Lola Charing, or made by Yaya Sion or Manang Caridad I don’t remember this dish in my Lola’s house but anyway she made this Prawns with GarlicAssumption Meat! YUM!!! It is called Assumption meat because according to Mom, this was the dish that was always served in the Cafeteria or if you were a border at Assumption. But I guess this is just tapadera. I have not tried the one in Assumption, so for me, this is the BEST so far
