YUM! They serve it three ways! I am happy with just this dish

Baked Rice in Carapace. Yum the rice! It has some cheese on top

Napoleon Wrasse- A very rare fish. The restaurant has to be authorised by the Hong Kong government to be able to serve this. 
They gave us a fresh lemon drink which was very sour- supposedly good for digestion. Just drink it all in one shot!
