We met the Restaurant Manager of the Andaz Tavern, the restaurant of Andaz Hotel Tokyo. His name is Jayde Bhattacharya. He reminds me of Mr. Bean! 🙂 Jayde is Indian but has only been to India three times since he grew up in Singapore.
He was kind enough to show us around
Love the Breakfast buffet at The Andaz Tavern. I did not have it but I love the layout and that it is simple but with a lot of variety
I especially love the plates!!!!!!!!!
They have a private room 
Which has its own mini kitchen and the Chef can cook here for special occasions
