A great collaboration between Chef JP and Enting. Eating is a fisherman and has a restaurant in Negros serving Kinilaw and other Filipino dishes. And now he is here at Sarsa! The Jiro of the Philippines 🙂 We must patronise our very own! Opening tomorrow, February 28 Enting’s Corner at Sarsa!!
