In March 2014 the Philippines lifted the ban on Japanese Wagyu which explains the Wagyu influx in the restaurants. Tonight Kai launches the brand Omi which is one of the top brands in Japan. Wagyu means Japanese beef. Omi is also the same brand being used in Nobu. No need to go so far anymore to have Japanese beef
