Betsy’s is an institution in Malabon!  It’s so old, it’s sign is already faded! 🙂  So I hope you don’t miss it when you go to MalabonVisiting Betsy's in Malabon (2)

They are known for their birthday cakes.  I miss these types of cakes, we hardly see them now in parties.  I remember them when I was a kid 🙂Visiting Betsy's in Malabon (3)

So happy to finally meet Betsy of Betsy’s Cake Center in Malabon with her daughter Besse.  Betsy’s Cake Center was started by Betsy’s mom 40 years ago and was named after her being the youngest and the only daughter.  She was known for her cake rolls and cakes and Betsy added more pastries and now the yummy Broas – must be eaten fresh and immediately which is why we know there are no preservatives in her pastries.  People want to franchise and are also asking her to open in the city but she said she’s happy and content alreadyVisiting Betsy's in Malabon (20)
