Tuan Tuan is a Chinese Brasserie which explains why the server greeted me “Bonjour” I love the European ambience mixed with the Chinese food from Chef Gordon Mui of the multi awarded resto in Canada Mui Gardens. So it’s a Chinese, French, Canadian restaurant in the Philippines 🙂 It’s owned by the same owners as Lugang Cafe – Peter and Annabelle Chua in partnership with Chef Mui. Soon they will open another concept which is a franchise called Dessert Kitchen ( Hong Kong ) in @powerplantmall So happy to see this beautiful lady – Reena Arnaldo! She is the HR Director for the group ( Lugang and Tuan Tuan ) She is an ex- Rustan’s manager. More power Reena and hope to see you in Lugang or Tuan Tuan or Dessert Kitchen or …… Or ….. 🙂They are known for their noodles and in your table is a checklist on how you would like your noodles 🙂Milk tea YUM! 🙂Love the menu which is supposed like a newspaper I thought they were moulding xiao long baos at first. It’s icing on top of the pork buns which makes it very light and yummy 🙂 Then baked for 20 minutes til the icing gets crispy. It comes in 4 fillings – Crispy BBQ Pork, Crispy Minced Duck, Crispy pineapple and Crispy Molten CustardThe owner has them collect all those sides which were removed and he eats them as a snack in his office table 🙂 Laksa which comes with a side dish – this is fish fille There are many yummy dishes at Tuan Tuan.
