I went to Hi Precision Diagnostics to have the Food Intolerance test. I have recently been having stomach pains every night and I’m hoping this will help me find out what foods are causing it. They just get 20 ml of blood and it will test for 200+ foods. The results will come out in 10 days and a chart will show what is ok for you, what to stop and what to eat in moderation.
