After the hot glacier pools, we rushed for our degustation dinner which was already included in our tour. The restaurant is in the same place as where we stayed – The Canopy Our server Nicolaas who used to work in a 6 star cruiseship ( Seabourn ) and he would land in Boracay, Palawan and Hundred Islands so he is familiar with the Philippines We had a wonderful meal!!!
