The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo announced the 2016 “25 Most Powerful Stylists in Hollywood” in an exclusive dinner recognizing the top stylists in entertainment. The Stylist Dinner, which coincides with the publication of The Hollywood Reporter’s “Most Powerful Stylists” issue, took place at The Tower Bar at the Sunset Tower Hotel (8358 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA) on March 15.
The Hollywood Reporter’s “25 Most Powerful Stylists List” each year ranks the most influential stylists working in Hollywood based on factors like their red carpet showing, the awards shows nominees they dressed, new styles they’ve innovated and the development of their own personal brands. This year at the Stylist Dinner, celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Michelle Monaghan, Alison Brie, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Bella Heathcote, Tessa Thompson, Aja Naomi King attended, along with stylists like Cristina Ehrlich, Elizabeth Saltzman, Jeff K. Kim, Brandon Maxwell, Karla Welch, and many more.
An exclusive, invite-only event, the Stylist Dinner is co-hosted by The Hollywood Reporter’s Style Editor, Carol McColgin, Senior Style Writer Merle Ginsberg, and Jimmy Choo Creative Director Sandra Choi.
At the dinner, a glamourous shoe trunk with 20 shoes and accessories from the MEMENTO collection were displayed. In celebration of the brand’s 20th anniversary in 2016, Jimmy Choo is launching the capsule collection of shoes and accessories that pays tribute to the brand’s iconic red carpet legacy as well as the limited edition shoes & accessories trunk for a final celebratory nod to exceptional glamour.
