Super special to celebrate with the BFFs – Luzanne @ltmanlapit Det @detdeleon Lucille and Brenda @brends.c and Des in spirit always – at the Spectrum @rafflesmakatihotel @fairmontmakatihotel When I’m with this group it’s a different bonding – aside from food- we talk a lot about God and how we can become closer to Him. So it’s nice and it’s a necessity for me. In a few weeks they leave me to go on their walk at the Camino Santiago de Compostela. I wish I were going but told them to just pray for me.

Our favorites today at the Spectrum @fairmontmakatihotel @rafflesmakatihotel buffet – Make your own pasta at the Pasta Station, Sinigang sa Miso Salmon, Hoisin lemon pork BBQ, Porchetta from the carving station, fresh Parmesan cheese from the salad station which we eat with everything! Darjeeling mousse, chocolate sheets, Mint Chocolate chip ice cream ( A Must!) and Mango Sorbet. The ice cream is from New Zealand and it’s so good! #rafflesmakati #fairmontmakati
