 Baboon’s ( our group name 🙂 ) Feast ( instead of Babette’s Feast according to Yvonne 🙂 ) Lunch today was by Tita Vicky Gaspar, the mom of our dear friend CG ( Cristina Gaspar) We ordered Spanish food from her mom and we chipped in. Paella Negra, Pescado en salsa verde, Salpicado, Mushroom Al Ajillo, Italian Salad and Apple Tart. My favorite was the Apple tart and Salpicado 🙂  her bestsellers are callos and lengua which we still have to try  Vicky’s Cuisine.
