Frank is second generation of the Goldilocks family and has been working in operations for 30 years. I told him he should be involved in R&D because he’s a good cook 🙂 Frank graduated in Vancouver and immediately opened their first Goldilocks branch in Canada. They are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year with 500 stores (15 stores in the USA and 35% are franchised) but will end the year with 700 stores. Wow!
