What an experience to attend Sinulog for the first time and not only as a spectator but to actually walk and be part of the parade with around 2 million people attending. Spectators were wondering who we were haha!! but they were still smiling and some cheering and take photos with the foreigners in our group. What an EO awesome experience! Hanky told me that a Cebuano had told him that it never rains during Sinulog even if the day before it rains. And true enough it didn’t rain and it was perfect and not hot!!
