A nice brunch with Katrina Ponce Enrile of @delimondo From purchasing the factory to tweaking the products to packaging and branding and now a store to finally sell all their products. It opened last November at the JAKA Center ( Urban Ave corner Chino Roces) Her children Kara PE Rhounimi ( Finance ), Kristen Ponce Enrile ( Mktg ) and son ( Manufacturing) are all helping in the business together with niece Ina Ponce Enrile ( Food & Mktg). Our brunch were dishes made from their products and soon the store will be serving high tea and cafe dishes.
