The famous Jemâa el-Fna in the #Marrakechsouk We went up the rooftop of one of the restaurants and got a view of the whole square. Then some of us – the brave ones 🙂 – went inside to explore. — Jemaa el Fna is one of the symbols of the city since its foundation in the eleventh century, this traditional hotbed, lively and popular attracts over a million visitors a year
Destination any magic, the Djemaa el Fna square told through storytellers, dancers, its water sellers and snake charmers, Morocco’s history of yesterday and today while subjugating its visitors its charm which starts in the morning and still finds its climax in the evening. We were semi brave 🙂 and saw grilling from the rooftop so we went to get some kebabs at the #jemaaelfna
Take your pick from this display or just order from the menu #Marrakech#Morocco#morokrew One of my best meals during our trip to Morocco was our last night at #jemaaelfna in #Marrakech with the hubby! He dressed up because we thought we were going to have dinner in Le Comptoir which didn’t push thru 🙂 So he was in a blazer in the medina haha!! We went to one of the stalls and had grilled lamb chops for 40 MAD or 4$ That’s the cheapest lamb chops I’ve ever had in my entire life and it was so good. It was like Chuletitas ( small size ) which I like. So good ! I wish we had more meals like this 🙂 #Morocco#morokrew #marrakechmedina#H2HLamb
