Around 35 years ago when we would go to Tokyo, our home was @imperialhotel_jp_official We haven’t stayed here in a long time but glad to be back.

This hotel was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright – It’s almost 100 years old
The lobby is still the same – they have never changed it since the last time we were here 35 years ago 🙂 But it still has that same elegance and stature that it has always had

The hotel was so full – we could not get the room we wanted with a king bed haha!!! Rooms are still the same from long ago but slightly refurbished with service that is five star so we can’t complain. Location is perfect because it is in the middle of Ginza – just walk a few blocks and you are in Ginza. It is also in the middle of Das Ichi Hotel our other home in Tokyo and The Peninsula Hotel which is our sometimes home in Tokyo haha 🙂
