The main restaurant of @sushishikon ( Hong Kong) in Tokyo is Sushi Yoshitake. Both are 3 Michelin. The price in Tokyo is lower than HK and more dishes – because they ofcourse have to pay to air the ingredients from Japan to HK. 27 courses tonight by Chef Dai.
