Chef Joseba Sola of the newly opened Oye @oyetapasandgrill He is from San Sebastian and is in charge of the modern tapas. He worked with 3 Micheln star chefs – Ferran Adria and Paco Ranchero. He prepared for us something off the menu Surf n Turf Crispy Bite. In Oye @oyetapasandgrill you can also request for the Chef to prepare 5 Tapas for P1,150
