I don’t eat ramen but now I will! This is my favorite ramen in the whole wide world Super Chasu. According to Ryan, “It’s like a big hamburger patty of a chasu where it is a 150 grams and we marinate it for 2 days and we roast its well, so it has a stronger roast and smoky flavour because we use the shoe ramen.” It’s off the menu so make sure you ask for it.
