It was an early day for our game drive. We start at 630am when the weather is perfect. Cool and not sunny. Camels 🙂 Our guide looked for a spot for our bush breakfast and this was it – with trees as shade 🙂 Portable cooker from the jeep 🙂 Buffet table from the back of the jeep. All built in 🙂 Dining room 🙂 We saw the most unique animals in the Samburu. They were not abundant but there were really nice animals Grevy’s Zebra – an endangered species. There are only 2,500 of them and 90% of them are only found here in the Samburu and 10% in Ethiopia. Their stripes are finer and they have round Mickey Mouse like ears. They stay in a certain part in the Samburu so we saw a dazzle of ? .
