We tried all 3 kinds that were available – Lechon Angus Beef Belly with Truffle at bawang, banana cue chips and butter rice. 
Gourmet Lechon manok with tanglad butter, kamote frites and butter rice. 
Lechon porchetta with tanglad butter, grilled talong babaganoush and butter rice.
