Yummy Berenjenas – fried eggplant – honey and espelette pepper. A must order and it’s only P100.00. Padron – peppers with Chistorra. chorizo anything at @barpintxos because Miguel @migvecinmakes them under the brand Tierra @tierradeespana and they are so yummy. . Soon to come – Hummus with chorizo 🙂 Regatta – Spanish goat cheese with jamon. Butifarra – Catalan sausage (Tierra).
