This pretty lady Kate Moynihan Gonzalez @rebelyogamama is truly amazing. She is so passionate about the spa business. When she was a kid, her mom was in the business of operating spas in hotels and all over Manila. Kate’s office which has little light so she says it is more relaxing than having bright light Kate joined her in training at Frederiques in Hong Kong. Kate was only 19 and she trained under Eve Taylor for essential oils/aromatherapy. So she is really a spa expert Aside from the spa, she has the Healing Academy where she trains women/underpriviledged women or can help anyone train their therapists. You will see the quality of her training when you try her massage at @recoveryspaph You can even send your yayas to train with her so your yayas can do the massage at home. She can also help you with other things with her Aromadrop therapy using essential oils. I do hope you get to talk to her or meet her during your visit. #recoveryspaph #h2hspa #h2hpeople
Kate wanted me to try Float Spa therapy . I floated for one hour in the dark on water with 18 sacks of epsom salt. A new way to relax and at the same time be healed with the effects of epsom salt. #recoveryspaph#floatspatherapy #h2hspa #h2hhealth
Love the heart hanger 🙂 Aside from the pod Float Spa – Joanne @joqueyoung and I had a very relaxing one hour swedish massage in the best massage bed. You have to try it to experience Kate’s @rebelyogamama quality of massage. #recoveryspaph #h2hspa I love her massage table that electronically goes up and down – both top and bottom
