It was only in 2008 that she was able to start developing it and with 87 hectares it is now called The Villages @thevillagesatglobalclark Many of the developments are Koreans like Mr. Im who we met and owns Besco which has 5 residential buildings inside the Villages. There’s a convention center, Midori hotel and casino, Mahogany Park village by Tito Willie Coscolluela and The Mansion @themansionboutiquehotelclark Outside the Villages we saw many more hotels being built – Marriott and Hilton, The Singapore school is there and a new beautiful golf course by a Korean. Looks very exciting especially the restaurants there. CDC has a total area of 4,000 hectares, 2,000 of which is the International airport. We are so happy to meet Matt Attaway @matt.attaway.33 who used to be a baseball player ?? He not only manages @themansionboutiquehotelclark but also put up and manages Clark International Sports Complex.
He has 6 baseball fields and some of his clients are from Korea who come and stay 2-3 months and live and train here.
They have 28 townhomes beside the fields where they can live in. 
Many international competitions are held here. How lucky that he gets to do something connected to what he loves to do. He is so hardworking and really put a lot into all of this since 5 years ago. He drives back & forth to Manila everyday to go to work in Clark!!
