The eve of our anniversary, this arrived by air – Russian king crab or better known to us as the Alaskan king crab. The hubby ordered special for our special day from @alaskaprimeseafood He took it himself to Hai Shin Lou to be sure for cooking instructions – look for Mr. Chong or Ted. We chose 2 ways – Steamed with garlic & fried with salted egg – wow super yummy!!! #h2hseafood
