Sarsa Kitchen + Bar

There’s a new building, called the Forum, in Bonifacio Global City with many more new restaurants!! It is right beside the helipad.  Restaurants are opening left and right! 🙂  

One of the new restaurants that just opened, Sarsa, owned by Binky Dizon, Jeremy Sy and Chef JP Anglo from Bacolod!

They had a blessing last Friday, October 4 and Judy Ann Santos, a good friend of Chef JP, graced the event and cut the ribbon 🙂

I like it that the menu is only one page!  Though in this case, its difficult because though short, everything looks good!!

The food is very basic Filipino food – but Chef JP does it so well and so YUMMY!!!
