 I come mostly for the food since I do not really drink.  The highlight this year as you enter was the Angel of Gironde.  The angel is made with 100% Pure Belgian Chocolate by Felchin. 120 kilos of dark chocolate, 80 hours of work, 5 feet 7 inches in height Handcrafted by Chef Chris Balane Chocolatier

 Beside the angel were these huge cakes which were edible and was really very good.  Around it were big truffle chocolates – they were actually hollow inside but it was very good.  I even took home one 🙂

 German Executive Chef Meik Bremmer and his team of Chefs from the Marriot Hotel.  The beef burgundy was cooked in 20 liters of French wine.  It tasted really good!
