The young people nowadays are amazing!  They are very sharp and aggressive!  They are successful at a very young age!  One of them is Linfred Yap of Wee Nam Kee. osaka-oshio-11.jpeg

 There are three kinds of gyoza – Original, Cheese and Nori ( Seaweed )

 Original 

  Cheese – Parmesan and Gruyere

 Nori

 Aside from gyoza is an extensive menu with many to choose from 

 They use a premium kind of Japanese rice, Koshihikari
