Heart2Heart is so happy that Lolo Dad’s is now in Makati. We liked all the recommendations of our cousin, Crickette especially the Mushroom Canneloni baked with raclette cheese. The siding portions are very generous. I was looking forward to the foie gras dishes, but there weren’t any. Apparently the menu is different from the main branch.

hello, rica! hi, how are you and james plus boys? just wanted to share that anton barretto did the interiors for the new lolo dad’s brasserie. he loves neutrals, and totally reconceptualized the space from its old incarnation. haven’t eaten there yet, but i love the cool, clean and calm feeling of the place. saw the transformation, and it was done almost miraculously in just three weeks!
Hi Leah! Oh my gosh, I did not know that. The place is really nice and well done! Congrats Anton!!!
Leah, you should eat there na, it is good! 🙂
i definitely will!
Hi Guys,
I have to say the fried chicken above looks fantastic!
One thought though – have you considered replacing the goose fat with hemp seed oil, such as
Not only does it have a slightly fresher taste (in my opinion), but it’s also a good healthy alternative to goose fat, dramatically reducing the calorie count in the dish, while not compromising on taste.
I should disclose that GOOD OIL is a client of mine, so feel free to get in touch for more information, I can also send out a sample for you to try if you like.
All the best – keep the recipes coming…
Chris
