Birthdays Equals Happiness

On my birthday, I did not plan anything!  But I did plan to be HAPPY on my special day  After all, We don’t really need to do anything to be happy

 

That day, I kept my schedule free so I could relax. So I treated it like any normal day and did my usual routine of waking up, going to Bootcamp to exercise and then realised this seems to be the same thing I did last year although my best friend, Eds, did not join me this year!!

But then my other best friend, Ned, surprised me after class with a breakfast with all my best friends so I still saw Eds!  Same people from last year plus Laura who joined us this year  This is all I really need to be happy!  Conclusion:   I am expecting this every year from now on! haha

We talked about eyesight and that I am far sighted!!!  A sign of age!!!  So that day I went to the optical store and ordered lenses

And last minute, I called some friends to join me for a foot massage at the Foot Massage Lounge.

 Three of them could make it on short notice  I requested for a family room so we could all be together!    FUN!!

Prayers after that 

And again a last minute dinner with my Dad and Mom who invited me over to their place and made for me my favourite dish, Rack of lamb

Plus a birthday cake from Chef Javs!  He told me he was making a special cake for me!!  A Cheese curls cake!!  Herr’s of course

Received many greetings and still appreciate electronic greetings.  Good companies make sure to remember the special day of their clients and it is much appreciated – whether it be by text

I am a Taurus! Yup it is confirmed – my addiction is eating!  I have no other vices except eating!  Which i need to manage to have a longer and heather life
