A few Sundays ago, the cook of my Lola Charing, Julie, cooked for us 🙂 Fried Chicken 🙂 Each house has a certain kind of fried chicken even though it is just fried chicken 🙂 We know when it is from Lola Charing, or made by Yaya Sion or Manang Caridad 🙂I don’t remember this dish in my Lola’s house but anyway she made this 🙂 Prawns with GarlicAssumption Meat! YUM!!! 🙂 It is called Assumption meat because according to Mom, this was the dish that was always served in the Cafeteria or if you were a border at Assumption. But I guess this is just tapadera. I have not tried the one in Assumption, so for me, this is the BEST so far 🙂
