I am so lucky to have attended the Casa Artusi class last year with Carla and Gaita!  I really enjoyed it!  It’s actually not that hard!  The key is to just have the best and freshest ingredients and just mix them together 🙂  Learn from the two masters – Carla and Gaita

 Gaita is always very generous in sharing and she always shares the recipes.  Its also different to watch them and learn from them so sign up for the upcoming class this coming March 10.  Its different to listen to the two of them, and to hear stories in between and to taste the food with wine and to dine and meet with other students and …..and….. and 🙂
