Chef Javs will never say no if he has to cook for his older brother 🙂
We had it in the house but Mom brought her staff, her food and everything else!  Even her place cards 🙂  She had a box with rolled paper inside and you pick from the box to guide you where you will sit.  This is so you won’t sit always beside the person you are always sitting beside with – like your husband or children 🙂

 Chef Javs wanted to prepare a degustation with many many dishes.  We requested to limit it since we cannot finish everything – so he put three dishes into one! 🙂  16 Hour Sous Vide Pork Belly Tonkatsu, Chicken Lollipop with a Kombu butter sauce, Million dollar roll with unary, foie gras and caviar with truffle oil

The lunch Javs prepared looks scrumptious! Seems like he’s really a fab chef 🙂
But I hope you won’t mind me saying that I’ve noticed on the photo of Jav above that he seems rather too skinny now. I’m just a bit concerned, that’s all.
