I am so lucky I have friends who always update me on the new eating places! Thanks to Eliza Drilon-Luna and Sabs Hernandez for texting me!! Eliza had texted me since October last year but I kept delaying because it is a bit far from where I live…but as Sabs said it… IT IS WORTH IT!! Even some people from Alabang go to Kapitolyo to eat in Charlie’s Grind and Grill!
Eliza told me that this place is owned by her friend Hilary and her husband JP who are partners with the owners of Cyma. The waiter mentioned “Sir Derick” as his boss too. Thank you guys for bringing us happiness by making good food! Spread the joy and open in Makati soon! PLEASE!
I like the fact that the menu is short and simple. We wanted to try everything so we ordered almost everything in the menu and EVERYTHING was good! Plus value for money!!!
Charlie’s Grind and Grill
16 East Kapitolyo Drive, Kapitolyo Pasig. Open from 11am to 2 am
There is a car wash beside it 🙂
The place was packed!
Close up of the menu. I need to try the Chicken burger, the Philly Cheesesteak and the Meatballs! and the MILKSHAKE! A great reason to go back!
THE BEST! According to Sabs!
Pulled Pork Sandwich – the pork is under the cheese 🙂
My Mom has to try this!! I know she will love it. She loves fish and chips!
I love buffalo wings!! A bit spicy but i just add more blue cheese and eat the fries 🙂 YUMMY!
James called me and made sure to take a photo of the men’s restroom! Gosh i was so embarassed! But I must admit, it is unique! 🙂
Hi Rics,
Thanks so much for featuring Hilary, JP and their partners’ resto. 🙂 Nice pics.
Liza

Hi Rica! Was good to see you and your family again at Tito Ralph’s resto, Vino. Anyway, it’s good that you were able to feature this “hidden gem” in Pasig. I’ve never even knew this place existed! Glad you were able to post pictures on Charlie’s Grind and Grill. The burgers, steaks and buffalo wings looks oh so mouth-watering! I’ll tell my friends about it and will definitely try the food there. 🙂
Hey Rica! i always look forward to trying your resto suggestions! Oh my goodness, this place is really a great discovery!!! I brought Tommy and the kids last Saturday and we loved it. At first they weren’t sure considering it was by the carwash 🙂 but once they got their burgers they were sold. They even have imported beers. We will surely go back.
ugh! yeah! its really really yummy! so far the best burger i tasted.. can’t wait to go there again..
I absolutely loved the cheesesteaks. Unfortunately we had to wait forever for them to arrive — around 45 minutes, in fact. We kinda felt like the characters in Diner Dash. It’s a good thing the waiter did a good job in keeping us satisfied. Once the food got to our table naman, it was all gooood. Sarap eh.
Did anyone else have a similar experience?
great stuff! can’t wait to give this a go. 😀
the pix are awesome too. 🙂
Wow… this looks promising. Will definitely try this out ASAP!
i will try this place, it looks Great and the food looks yummy. Cheap pa the price.
I found the burger soft and mushy. The cheesesteak sandwich was mostly veggies with tiny bits of beef. Maybe their quality changed? Or they had a bad day yesterday? Here’s my review:
