Raised in a family background of international F&B franchising and management, including 7-UP™, RC Cola® and Dairy Queen®, it’s no surprise that Jon Syjuco definitely knows his food management business. At only 19 years old, he founded Burger Joint in Cebu, a “make-your-own burger” brand that grew into a three-store chain. Jon also co-owns Terry S.A., a leading fashion distribution and brand company in the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia that boasts of a regional network of over 50 mono-stores, 8 sub-distributor partners and over 150 points of sale. He also worked as a Strategy Consultant for KPMG, one of the largest professional services companies in the world. Jon takes charge of TMG’s Business Development, working on collaborations and synergies, creating new growth opportunities, as well as securing the amazing real estate that our establishments are found in. Special lunch sets that our BDV Chefs have whipped up, that combine both classic French fare and creative new dishes that are part of our Blackboard Specials.   Wonderful 3-course set menus, for only P599+ from Mon-Fri, 1130am-2pm.  Bon Appetit!

 Enjoyed our lunch special today at Bistro Du Vin.  They have an extensive Lunch special menu with 6 entrees, 8 Plats Principaux and 3 desserts. I loved what I had today 🙂  Parmesan Soup L’Ami Jean ( super yum blackboard special), Grilled Basque Chicken (new discovery yum ), Dark Chocolate Tea Macarons.  Rina had French Onion Soup, Braised Beef Shortribs and Honey Truffle Glaces.   The entrees and dessert are half portions while the main is the regular portion.
