Discovered a restaurant this trip in Singapore! It’s hard to get a table on weekends. Come lunch weekdays. The restaurant is owned by the owner of Orchard Hotel. He eats here always – it is his kitchen. I highly recommend 🙂

Not in the menu – Emerald beancurd with local spinach and scallop ( you can choose crabmeat or mushroom but scallop was yummy )

We usually see these Happy Birthday desserts in Hong Kong and they come in dims baskets – but look how nice their presentation here – it is in a tree. I had to catch the server walking. The tree is already empty since they removed the birthday buns – but how nice its like a birthday cake 🙂
