Foggy Mountain Cookhouse Baguio

Chef Vicky Tinio told me about this place – a friend of hers who also opened up his house for dining,  It’s called Foggy Mountain House and it was really foggy 🙂  that night we went there.  We were hoping to catch the sunset at 530pm but it was really very foggy. If you do decide to come over, best to come at round 5 to 530pm for sunset and to appreciate the view. It’s a very casual and cozy place in Baguio to have a Mediterranean meal.

So happy to meet this kind gentleman who is a good friend of Chef Vicky Tinio. He is a self taught chef who wanted to leave the corporate world and be his own boss.  His cooking is casual Mediterranean with influences from Morocco and Greece where he traveled Foggy Mountain Cookhouse (15)

Ms. Rica, my college friends and I had been there 3x. Each time was a different wonderful experience. Great food matched with the best buddies, fine dining, very hospitable chef and the excellent ambience – put them all – you’ll have nothing but a memory that will last a lifetime! We keep on coming back! No experience is the same.
