When in doubt, you can always rely on the restaurants in the Japanese department stores. On the top floor is a whole floor of restaurants. So the next day since James wanted unagi, we just went to Daimaru right beside the hotel and had unagi. It took 30 minutes to make the unagi so for sure it was freshly made. The unagi in Japan is so so different and so fresh! So we take advantage. Right beside the unagi was Tsunahatchi and Kai was so happy!!! So I accompanied her! She likes it that they fry the head of the prawn Scallops! WOW!
