Dinner by Bambi

Bambi is always feeding us! 🙂  She cooked dinner for the Kasi Cobra gang! With Tito Oscar with us in spirit while he was out of the country at that time The boys planning DJ Jiggy’s performance I love these two 🙂 Sinigang sa Miso, Cereal prawns, grilled squid, Roast chicken stuffed with lemon grass rice, Lechon paksiw, fresh roasted peanuts and saba.  Not only lechons are stuffed with rice.  Bambi makes yummy chicken stuffed with rice – she has 5 kinds. Tonight it’s Lemon grass rice stuffed chicken. Others that she makes: Porcini mushroom truffle, Pandan rice, Chorizo Java rice and Olive, chorizo and Parma ham
