Congratulations to Eric Dee @ericthomasdee and Chef Todd English @cheftoddenglish on the opening of the first Pound by Todd English @toddenglishfoodhallmnl It opened on February 5 in Bonifacio High street and they even had a promo til Feb 10 “Pay what you want!” The lines were so long! A simple menu yet it could get longer with the combinations of sauces and add ons!!! Plus sides!! I love all the sauces, add ons and sides!!! Actually I like everything on the menu! Haha!!! Such an honor to have lunch with Chef Todd English @cheftoddenglish and try his new restaurant concept called Pound @pound_ph It’s the first branch and a concept developed by Eric Dee @ericthomasdee and Chef Todd and Oliver @oliver_english Looking forward to seeing them more often in the Philippines! Sauce, toasted homemade brioche bun at Pound by Todd English @pound_ph This is the signature burger of @toddenglishfoodhallmnl Yum! It was this burger that gave birth to @pound_ph T.E. Crispy Chicken slider!!!!! So crispy and so yummy!!!!! Here it is with Oliver holding it!!!!!! Amsterdam Bacon and egg slider! YUM! YUMMY!!!!! THE BEST!!!! That foie gras mousse and that seared foie gras is amazing!! I love the foie gras mousse an will definitely order it as an add on to everything in POUND!!!! YUM!!!

T.E. Burger with add on cheddar cheese and extra crispy bacon plus a side of house smoked bacon( single) ! Bespoke burger at @pound_ph I could order all of this and eat just this! All sides!! 🙂 Pickled fried chilis Roasted Bone marrow Pickeled chilis Truffle French Beans The only dessert at Pound and there does not have to be another one!! The TE Sundae which is Vanilla Bourbon ice cream with OMG chunks and betty white chunks, homemade chocolate sauce and more made salted caramel sauce finished with sea salt Love the interiors of the place! Frontage of the restroom 🙂 Oliver English @oliver_english is so handsome 🙂 He should be a model and/or actor! But Oliver is the eldest son of Chef Todd and a hardworking Hotelie ( Cornell Hotel School like my son!! ) Chef Todd English @cheftoddenglish is so lucky to have him to help grow the company. Looking forward to more new concepts! So happy to meet this guy!
