Tonight they took us to have the best and most authentic unagi in the Philippines Unajyu Jo ( Grilled Fine Eel with rice) Yum!!!! #eel #unagi #Unakichi
There are 2 kinds of eel in Unakichi – they have a fatty version for those that like big and fattier. This is the regular which they call “Fine eel” The only fresh grilled ( charcoal ) unagi in the Philippines
They get their eel from a farm in the Philippines that has been exporting to Japan for 4 years already. They have been serving 100 eels a day since they opened last month. The sauce they have is a 100 year old sauce which they grow from the original sauce from Japan #unagi #Unakichi #eel
