I met an interesting guy. His name is Guy! 🙂 It’s true 🙂 His name is Gregory Guy @greg.guy and he makes the most delicious healthy food!!! I want to live with him;-) so he can make a meal plan and cook for me so I can lose weight and eat healthy. He is the Guy behind Cheesecakes by Guy @cheesecakesbyguy which has been in Eastwood mall for 3 years already and now he has Nourish by Guy which is in Urban Ashram Yoga @urbanashramyoga BGC ! He sells healthy food and all made by him. He knows a lot about nutrition so he not only cooks but he is so good at substituting with healthy ingredients yet tasting so good!! I’m telling him to open a restaurant but he wants to open a hostel in Baler! Omg! Pls stay!!! Come on over and try for yourself.

Love these Quinoa salads!!! Greg says that lettuce has empty calories and eating salads means eating those dressings which could be very unhealthy especially if they have cream, mayonnaise, egg yolks etc.
