When in Casablanca – a must visit – Quartier des Habous. The King’s palace is located here. ( He has a palace in every city) There are quaint bookstores here and a mosque. This is a newer Medina and where the locals shop which should mean quality local handicrafts and products, and should be much cheaper than the touristic Fes and Marrakech.
