Special birthday dinner celebration for the hubby at Kyo-to Kaiseki restaurant. I saw a post by Amy @amsalvarez and copied her. I had to ask help from Peter @pcoyiuto for reservation because we heard it was difficult to get a table. Thank you Peter and Den @dencoyiutofor accommodating us. They gave us a private room but we requested to stay in the counterso we could see chef Ryo in action.We had a nice dinner #KyotoKaiseki Chef Ryo is the Japanese chef behind the new Kaiseki restaurant that just opened mid March. He used to work for the Japanese Embassy for 3 years but when the ambassador left, Robert Coyiuto hired him as his personal chef for 2 years and now Robert opened a restaurant in his building 🙂 Chef Ryo used to work in Kitcho Kaiseki restaurant one of the famous restaurants in Japan #KyotoKaiseki #H2HChefs So happy to see owner Robert Coyiuto there and his son Den who manages the restaurant.
